Okay, so here is my story...well i buy macbooks on craiglist to resell on eBay as its good side income while in college..and i met this girl who was selling her macbook, she was at a hotel, she's from florida, wellll we both had to delete stuff off of our laptops as i was partly trading a tiny laptop for her macbook...and..we actually spent 2 hrs together, she's not ugly but only 19, i'm 25, welllll we hung out 'n then she was saying how she was 2 months pregnant and hungry so i offered to take her to lunch, she said sure! so i took her out to lunch...(keep in mind that i arrive from a nice family, w/no issues really) and she's a nice gal 2 but, i dunno if i wanna date her... actually no way i would want to date her...she's just a B!tch...gets me to do everything for her, i know i'm a nice guy but i'm afraid of being used, wellllll being single and looking i asked her if she wanted to go out to eat 2 nights later, she agreed so i picked her up 'n she came over to my place 'n hung out 'n we spent the night together actually...not s3x at every though, jst cuddling....it was really nice but i dunno if i wanna be serious w/this girl, she calls txts me nonstop and how do i end it :( i mean i adore the cuddling... I have been trying to find an answer to the situation I'm in for awhile. I left home at 16. I was legally emancipated when I was 17 (I am now 19). I was forced to drop out of high school my sophomore year, but I finished my education on my possess, I got a diploma (NOT a GED) from my local adult education, and graduated with the relax of my would-be class (actually, a little bit earlier). I have held two full time jobs over the past few years, supported myself, and shown natural aptitude in motivation and self-sufficiency. I have since reconciled with my family, and moved back in with them. Things are going well. I was able to trade my full-time job for a part-time one, and I am currently enrolled in a community college. I would like to transfer after I receive my associates degree. I am majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences, as this major has the most credits which would be likely to transfer to another university. My current GPA is around a 3.5, my school has limited extracurriculars (3 official clubs), but , I joined Journalism Club. I'm still in my Freshman year, but i'm beginning to explore four year universities. I have never taken SA Ts, but I was told I probably wouldn't need them with an associates degree. My councilor has suggested to me some high-ranking schools (such as Wesleyan University, NYU, UPenn, Syracuse, and Northeastern). She seems to think that these schools may value me as coming from a "different" nice of academic background, and because I was successful on my possess terms, not because of some over-bearing parent nudging me towards an Ivy League education. She told me my initiative and independence, as well as holding a full-time job and completing school, would look good in an admissions essay. Also, (I'm not sure how to put this in a way that isn't pompus, so I'll just be blunt) my English professor told me I'm "the best writer (shes') seen in this school". My councilor told me that a good recommendation coupled with the fact that I have received no formal writing instruction before I began college would also stand out. I would like to do something with writing, or history, or perhaps both. I know I have the steer and the ability to succeed even further, I feel like I have real-world experiences you just can't learn in a classroom or the chess club (no offense intended) but are my aspirations unrealistic? Is my councilor just winding me up? Any suggestions on where I should apply? Sorry if this sounds a little difficult to understand, I'm trying to make a really long story short lol.
Ok, so I still owe about $2,000 on my '04 Chevy Cavalier, but it is starting to fall apart and rather than fix it, I'd rather just trade it in and pay it off with whatever bonuses I can receive. I DO have a trade in, but should I have heard to FIRST let them give you a monthly payment quote off the top and THEN say, "o.k., I also have a trade in or X amount to give down." 2.) I think that from beginning of last season Lebron is just better than Kobe regardless of rings. It is unfair to compare Kobe's success as a champion in his first 6 years to Lebron lack of success because Kobe had a better supporting cast in fisher, fox, horry, and Shaq. Until last year when Mo Williams came town Lebron virtually did it on his possess. You cant say he had a great 2nd or 3rd option because at times no one knew who would step up when he could not. While Kobe is a better shooter, Lebron is arguably best driver of the basketball today. No one could cease once he gets to the paint. While Kobe is slightly a better man to man defender, Lebron can block more shots and receive more steals than Kobe. He is also more versatile than Kobe I think he could be best or 2nd best at every 4 positions in the NBA due to his height, jumping ability, strength, athletic ability, and skill set. Lebron James makes his team better. Mo williams is virtually averaging the same amount of points with less shots. Jamison is fitting well into the lineup. Cavs are 1-10 without Lebron in last 11 games. Kobe has not really made his team better. Before Odom came to town he was an allstar in Miami but Kobe did not utilize him well the same can be said about butler who also was included shaq deal that was ultimately traded. Also Lebron James is a better rebounder than Kobe due to having a 2 inch height advantage, higher hops, and a stronger body. This really has little to do with the fact he play sf and not shooting guard. Kobe playing tiny forward wont really improve his rebounding as much because he would be going up against guys that are 2-4 inches taller and with strong bodies that will keep him out of the paint. Whereas I think Lebron could be the best or 2nd best shooting guard in the league.
