Well....this is going to be the most vague thing EVER! I don't really expect anyone to be able to help me, it's just worth trying Years ago, I was in my public library, reading (duh...) Currently, i am 17 years old and want to upgrade my Mazda 3. I don't want to trade it in for any other car, i just want to make it look and sound good. Currently i have a tiny power-flow muffler as the only performance upgrade. I have a touchscreen source unit as well as top of the line 3 way speakers as well as an amp and sub which i am glad with. I am looking to trade up to for a home in a pricey neighborhood. I would adore to receive a 5 bedroom home, but it would likely cost me around $2 million, and I could probably swing $1.8 million with some strain. I don't have an agent yet because I have a cousin who let her real estate license expire and is not sure whether she wants to receive back in the business. How is this for a strategy... Would it make sense for me to contact the agent who is selling the $2 million home and offer to have that agent represent us as well in exchange for a 5-10% discount? It seems like it would be a strong incentive to receive the deal done because the agent would double his/her commission. But I don't know if the seller would take more than a 5% haircut without some serious persuasion. But is it wise to go with the seller's agent? Is this a conflict of interest that is illegal? I've heard that every agents wind up working with the seller anyway because of the way the contracts are drawn up. Thanks.

A little over a year ago, I had hastily purchased a pre-owned car. I chose it because it was cheaper, economic-size, and I was just in need of a reliable car. My loan originated at about $9500? and currently I owe $8000. I have recently paid off my major credit accounts and I am realizing the great weight lifted from my shoulders. Now, I am looking to my car to possibly trade-down or privately sell it. I am not sure how to go about either way and I'm unsure of whether to let this car go. For this I feel some background information is necessary Up until sophomore year in high school I had nearly no friends and no ambitions. I was immature, impatient, couldn't make people giggle no matter how difficult I tried, always denying that I was trying to be silly, and most of every annoying to those around me. Sophomore year I radically changed my self rapidly without realizing it, becoming extroverted, and being able to giggle and make many friends. I started to try for things and decided I wanted to become a music teacher. I grew close to 3 other people, one guy and 2 girls. I almost went out with one of the girls as well, which would have been my first romantic relationship. The guy became my best pal. I thought I had the greatest friends, and wouldn't trade them for anyone. I never wanted to grow up and leave. Junior year a lot of drama happened and my friends and I lost of lot of what was important to us. Many people, including my friends, seemed to separate into a few different groups and would constantly bash one another. Despite this I managed to keep good relations with many of my friends, though most were strained some. Later in the year as I grew apart from my friends, I started to return to my old annoying self. This strained most, if not every, of my relationships with people. Though I reverted back to my newer personality, the memories of my actions remained in my friends minds. By the end of these year, the thought of graduating and leaving everything behind was scary. This year, my senior year, every day is just another day I have to wait before I can leave everything behind me. I have recently discovered many things about myself, that the "new" personality that emerged suddenly sophomore year was simply a charade put on by myself that i created by analyzing my interactions with each individuals, noticing patterns and creating a personality that would be liked by each person. I live in northern Idaho and I'm looking for a used jeep grand Cherokee. I'm finding that they are thousands of dollars cheaper in the Seattle and Portland area than they are around here.
